First of all, let me preface this post with this message:

I have no idea who this girl is. Or what ‘The City’ is. Or why Kelly Cutrone gave Allie such a hard time in last weeks episode. But anyways.

Here are some pics of Whitney on the beach.  Her comment (from her website):
